Wheez is BACK!  It has been awhile since I have posted her pretty mug on the blog. Wheezy has many nicknames in my house, one of which is Wheezosaurus Rex. I think this picture is a good example as to why that is one of her names :)

It's Wheezy Wednesday! :) I took this photo last night. I got Wheez this new bed a few days ago and she loves it. It's the perfect size for her. The way she sits just kills me. The picture is a little dark but I thought I would still share it because she is just too adorable - don't ya think? ;)

Also - Just 2 quick pics of some terrariums the BF and I were putting together last night. I have been collecting vintage glass jars and containers for awhile now in hopes of making some pretty terrariums and we finally gave it a try for the first time last night. I took a lot more pictures of the process and figured I would do a sort of DIY post about them.....but I want to make sure they stay alive for awhile first! LOL. I am certainly no green thumb so I just want to make sure I did it right before I share. But in the meantime, here is a sneak peek!

Wheezy Wednesday

Wheez has been in need of a bath for awhile now and last week we finally decided to pull ourselves together and get it done! Bathing her is no easy task! She is a heavy lady and NOT a fan of getting clean :) The picture below was taken right before bath time. You can see she is smiling and still happy....not realizing what is about to happen.

We took her to the 'Dog Wash'which is a little area at a local oil change and car wash place that has a room with a fancy dog washin machine ;) We took her here once before and it worked out pretty well because it gets the job done quicker and she is sort of confined and can't get away...lol.

As you can see from the bottom photo she isn't too thrilled. Two teeth sticking out means major grump and annoyance. BUT now a have a pretty, clean bulldog and after a couple treats she forgot All about her bath ;)

Wheezy Wednesday - Sassy Edition

I am not sure what has gotten in to her lately but Wheez seems to be getting Sassier in her older age.
Except for the occassional growl at a neighborhood dog, Wheezy is my perfect, pretty pretty princess ;) BUT lately she has been getting in to all sorts of mischief. It started last week when we came home to find that she had totally destroyed my favorite sunglasses. Her slober even warped the shape of the frames! A day later and again we are greeted after work with the broken bits of Jon's prescription glasses!...No pictures of this...there was more anger over this occurance....

AND THEN yesterday she got in to the trash! She NEVER gets in to the trash! The BF got home before me and sent me the lovely photo below.

I can't figure out what her deal is!? Maybe she has just been extra bored during the day while we are at work....whatever it is though, you can NEVER stay mad at that face for very long!

Happy Hump Day, Everyone! Just popping in to share another picture of my deliciously hilarious bull baby, Wheezy! :) I took this picture a few nights ago while the BF and I were making dinner. She likes to plant herself right in the middle of the kitchen and wait for some sort of food particles to drop. My kitchen is SUPER SMALL so she is always in the way.... but instead of disciplining her and banishing her from the kitchen, I just like to take pictures of her and laugh....much to the annoyance of the BF sometimes ;)

The photos I am sharing today were taken last week on a trip to the Veterinarian's Office. My poor Wheez had a bit of an infection :( BUT she is all better now and back to her crazy bully self :)
I enjoying taking her out because she always gets tons of attention and she just LOVES it. She always acts so well behaved.... I just wish she always acted that way at home!! ;)

I love this photo for so many reasons! For one thing, it is a photo of Wheez AND Ms. Batista. For another...I mean look at their faces!! Wheezy is yawning and kitty is licking away. The shadows don't make it the prettiest of photos but it is one of my favorites :)

Sorry for the delay of Wheezy Wednesday! I was thinking about posting all day yesterday but kept getting distracted...so I will share her beautiful face today! Also, take a look at the post that should be 2 below called 'Clothes Horse'. I am not sure why it posted under the first Wheezy Wednesday post but it did....so if you didn't see it, check it out!! :)

My mom had surgery on her foot around Christmas time and had to use a wheel chair to get around the house. Wheezy thought it would be fun to give it a try!

Hi! I have decided that Wednesdays will be Wheezy Wednesdays! Wheezy is my aaadddooorrable bulldog baby (well, 7 year old baby) who is quite photogenic and hilarious. I am going to share a new photo of her every Wednesday cause Lord knows I have a ton :)

This photo was taken several years ago. Sometimes when she lays down her face looks all crazy smooshy :)
