Sorry I haven't posted lately. Been kinda busy... which isn't a bad thing in my book! I have lots of things I want to post about but for now I am going to share this delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe. I am sure most everyone has made or at least tried Buffalo Chicken Dip. It's not like this is some new thing. But this recipe is brought to you by Hungry Girl . She is pretty popular now but if you haven't heard of her check out that link! She basically takes super fatty foods and recipes and finds ways to make delicious lower fat alternatives.
Her take on Buffalo Chicken Dip is called Buff Chick Hot Wing Dip (great name, right?!)

HG Alternative! To make this dish FAST, skip the oven altogether. Prepare dip according to the directions, but in a microwave-safe dish. Then microwave uncovered on high for 5 minutes (stopping and stirring halfway through cooking), or until hot.
I made this for the first time on Tuesday and boy was it a hit! I doubled the recipe (which ended up being waayyy too much). I took some of it to a get together with some friends Tuesday night and then the rest of it to work Weds. and everyone at both places just thought it was the BOMB :) It is definitely worth trying. Tasted just as good, to me, as the original fattier version!
Just wanted to share!
Oooh! Is this like the one that G made a few Christmases ago when all the family was together? We love this recipe-- thanks for the healthy update to it :)
